Illuman is proud to present the first in our 2022 Watering Hole series - opportunities to listen, learn, and dialogue with wise teachers that can help us along our spiritual journeys.

The June Watering Hole (Thursday, 6/2, 7-9pm EST) features Father Jim Clarke presenting on his book, Creating Rituals: A New Way of Healing for Everyday Life

Life is full of ups and downs. Whether we like it or not, we are on a constant roller coaster of successes and failures, major life changes, losses, and transitions. For our happiness and inner peace, we often need help in negotiating these passages through turbulent times. We in the North American culture have forgotten the magic our ancestors knew―how to use rituals for a successful life journey. In this talk, Jim will teach how to create personal, family, and communal rituals that will change your life.

The Watering Hole will convene on Thursday 6/2/22 from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Eastern Time via Zoom.  The talk will be one hour, followed by 30 minutes of Question & Response and another 30 minutes of Council in small groups. All genders are welcome at this event.

We are using a gift economy model. The event fee is $20, however, you can choose a payment option that you can afford (we request a minimum of $5).  We also welcome contributions from those who can afford more than the minimum to help support the ongoing work of Illuman.
